Return & Refund Policy โ€“ CuraStore

At Hobby Box Store, we specialize in hobby box breaks and collectible products. Due to the nature of our business, please carefully review our return and refund policy below.

No Returns on Opened or Broken Products
All hobby box break sales are final. Once a product has been opened, used in a break, or delivered digitally (e.g., live breaks), it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sealed Products
If you purchase a sealed hobby box (not part of a break), returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Losses related to the outcome of a hobby box break

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or included in a break. Once processing has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.
